About the Bulletin Index
1. Better Than Nothing

This version of the Bulletin Index is intended to unlock the facts previously hidden in the Online Bulletin Archives. It is a listing of key facts and a reference to what bulletin to open to find the details

Each row of the index is a single item, described in up to six ways:
column 1: TYPE of item (as defined below)
column 2: BULLETIN where the item can be found
column 3: DATE the item occurred
column 4: PERSON initiating or who the details are about
column 5: PLACE/TEAM the details happened (to)
column 6: DETAILS the facts of the item

The TYPE column will be one of the following:
MTG - Logs occurrance of a CICL meeting
MREP - Issue has a meeting's Reports (minutes and/or treasurer)
BYLAW - Logs a change or discussion about CICL rules
News - Miscellaneous info
Champ - League Champion listed
Team - News about a specific Team
PRES - Who was President at date given
SEC - Who was Secretary at date given
TREAS - Who was Treasurer at date given
CHAIR - Who was Division Chairman at date given (division specified)
RATING - Names the Rating Chairman at the date listed
       (or News about ratings)
TROPHY - Who was Trophy Chairman at the date listed

NOTE: For the most part, the Officers were active until
the next listing for that office. Entries were only
made when a new Officer was announced.

2. How To Get Specific
For now, you can search for specific data using your browser's 'Find'
function. In Internet Explorer, this means CTL-F or Menu->Edit->Find

For example, to step through all rules changes, do a find on BYLAW
Or to find all about a person, do a find on
Or to list all Presidents, do a find on PRES

Again, a crude start.... but better than nothing.
